With a unique product creating value for thousands of customers worldwide, the Sydney-based business has grown rapidly — expanding into the US with the establishment of a San Francisco office.

To assist ongoing recruitment efforts, we’ve created videos to tell the story of Dovetail’s culture and brand.

Video

Shot on location at Dovetail, interviews with team members from different departments offer an enticing insight into the company’s culture and the day-to-day life in the office. Authentic candid moments, staff interactions and other b-roll footage act as evidence of the positive message at the heart of the recruitment videos.

Several video edits highlight different departments and themes, presenting a suite of content with a variety of uses. Social media cut downs are versatile, easily digestible and invite viewers to find out more.

Dovetail’s culture and fun, laidback attitude is captured at the centre of a highlight reel of a staff retreat to Hamilton Island. Compiled of footage taken by attendees on their phones, clever editing ensures consistency across shots of different orientations and qualities. Small, animated graphics and frames tie the video together under the Dovetail brand.

BEING also joined Dovetail for a whole day on its fifth birthday, starting with in-office interviews, before capturing all festivities. Footage showcases staff having a great time and genuinely enjoying each other’s company.

The resulting highlights reel, hero video, social media cut downs and photography add colourful depth to the growing library of recruitment content.
