TAFE NSW is among Australia’s leading providers of education and training.

Offering over 1,200 courses and a wide range of study options, the institution aims to set students on their dream path.

Women in Business

Marise Payne, the Minister for Women, and Geoffrey Lee, the Minister for TAFE, approached TAFE NSW with the concept for a free, online program to encourage, inspire and educate female entrepreneurs: the Women in Business series. With great enthusiasm, but limited internal capacity, TAFE’s video production team entrusted the project to BEING.

Quick procurement set the tone for the pace of the project, with only a few months to record and deliver all content. Filming for ten days over two weeks – with two days of interstate travel – videographers interviewed nine inspiring entrepreneurs in two-hour slots, capturing content for phase one of the program.

Ten key topics were chosen for the first phase of video editing – offering education across diverse management issues like work/life balance, preparedness, cashflow, negotiation and marketing. In addition to instructional pieces, individual case studies were created to excite and encourage viewers.

Though the overall deadline was quick and strict expectations were to be met, the team remained responsive and compliant in delivering a high-quality result. Capturing video content with the intent of developing later phases in the series, TAFE NSW can easily adapt a range of additional topics from the footage.

Women in Business Livestream

To accompany the Women in Business program, BEING aided TAFE NSW in hosting live broadcasts with female entrepreneurs to allow for real-time interaction between registered students and subject matter experts.

Construct NSW

The Construct NSW digital learning platform is a collaboration between TAFE NSW and the Office of the NSW Building Commissioner. With courses aimed at levelling-up all construction students in skills and needs relevant to the industry, the program is specially designed to help build stronger foundations and accountability in future.

EarTrain

Working with TAFE’s audiometry teachers, we developed a series of training videos to accompany EarTrain, a free online program for primary health care professionals to treat otitis media and other hearing conditions in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Working with The Being Group has been a delight. They are consummate professionals at every turn – from client servicing, to production and delivery. A very quality product, delivered with no fuss, on time (to a short timeframe) and reasonably priced – it’s everything one wants from a service provider. Thank you to the entire BEING team. We look forward to working with you on the next project.
