Through facilitation and coaching, The Being Group CEO Siebert Neethling could help the new entity establish a new culture and strategic direction.
Siebert facilitated a series of internal sessions and a comprehensive strategy and culture conference, which would help the company to achieve its potential.
Following the success of this work, Siebert was asked to replicate the process with another team, and to facilitate a sales conference the following year.
