Clean Up Australia inspires and mobilises communities to improve and conserve our environment, eliminate litter and end waste.

To help increase event registrations and awareness, we supported the organisation with a range of marketing services across video, animation, graphic design and social media.

With a newly developed look and feel, we were tasked with creating promotional material to reflect Clean Up Australia’s new brand identity.

Our aim was to provide Clean Up Australia with cohesive marketing support, allowing promotion to appear consistent across a range of platforms.

Social Media Management

Following a social media strategy workshop with Clean Up Australia, we aimed to assist the organisation in delivering content that was both uplifting and educational for audiences, ensuring the brand’s online presence was successfully inspiring Australians to improve their environment.

We are currently managing three social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) on behalf of Clean Up Australia, including the scheduling and posting of content. These accounts release eight assets per month, including static and carousel posts. This content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and newly developed identity, adopting a range of dynamic colours, graphics and text components.

Video

To kick off our collaboration with Clean Up Australia, we delivered a two-minute sizzle reel, drawing on a combination of existing material from the organisation, new video footage and on-brand text and graphic elements.

Footage of the organisation’s early beginnings is spliced with clips from an interview we conducted with Clean Up Australia Chair, Pip Kiernan, in our in-house studio. Drone video and photography captures key Australian locations that are currently being cleaned up and managed by the organisation’s volunteers.

A scripted voice over, developed and recorded by our team, delivers clear and concise messaging throughout the sizzle reel. We designed and animated a series of vibrant, colourful motion graphics for the video, strengthening brand recognition.

To assist Clean Up Australia in increasing public registrations for organising clean ups across the country, we created a series of six how-to videos. These videos will be delivered across social media channels and promoted on a campaign landing page.

Our Copy Lead developed the scripts for the voice over components, with each episode explaining different stages of the registration process. The videos were shot on location in a park, featuring people participating in a clean-up gathering, encouraging audiences to perform a similar event with their friends and family. Additional footage was filmed in a studio. On-brand motion graphics were added to each video in post-production, reflecting the fun and inspiring nature of the project.
