With the need to renew an outdated brand, Framing Life presented us with a challenge.

Capture the sentiment of memory-making, but in a modern way.


The Framing Life logo is simple and highly adaptable. Engaging a literal framing device, ratios can be adjusted to suit different applications – informing layout designs and bringing general cohesion to the brand.

A pastel, minty palette is soothing and at place in the local community, softening otherwise minimalistic design.

The framing device works equally well on the hero colour and images, enabling the owner to promote his photographic services through the brand.


Ecommerce website development continues the use of brand colours, employing a mint duotone treatment for key images. Colour blocks help segment content and directives, enabling visitors to easily identify and navigate through different services and pages.

Custom fabric printing gives customers the option to either select uploaded clipart or import their own images. Easy to place, resize and rotate, the bespoke functionality allows visitors to ‘frame’ art themselves.
