The Bennelong Medical Clinic (TBMC) is committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients.

In the face of a year of expansion and growth, the clinic needed healthcare communications support to match the quality of its service.

To promote TBMC’s ethos of excellence in healthcare, communications needed to be cohesive, personalised and patient friendly. Planning to increase customer engagement through digital platforms like Facebook and email newsletters, TBMC came to The Being Group for a website revamp. The team wanted their online presence to reflect the clinic’s warm, inviting and holistic approach.

A custom-built medical clinic website needed to be easy to navigate for existing and potential patients, and easy for staff to regularly update.


A custom-designed and built WordPress website offers an intuitive front and back-end user experience for both patients looking for bookings or service information, and clinic staff keeping content fresh.

Navigation is straightforward and content is functional, with the home page featuring a banner for rotating announcements, a carousel of offered services, recent blog posts and important clinic details. A simple sitemap houses minimal pages with information organised through anchor links, drop-down menus and accordions.

Throughout the website there are plenty of ways for patients to get in touch, ask about services or book appointments, including enquiry forms on most pages. An embedded widget for the medical bookings service HotDoc allows patients to book appointments without being taken to another site.

Warm lifestyle imagery, friendly staff photos and custom icons work with the copy’s clear, inviting tone of voice to inspire confidence and trust.


In support of the website redesign, clinic photography captures the kind, approachable nature of the TBMC team. Staff headshots and candid patient-care imagery are natural yet professional, and versatile for website banners, blog posts and other communications.


Cohesive healthcare communications include large window decals, an EDM template and digital display slides.

In a series of digital display slides for waiting room TVs, human-centric imagery aims to connect with viewers emotionally, while informing them of services through clean typography and sincere messaging.

To promote awareness, TBMC’s wordmark, brand colours and spiral icon make for an impactful statement covering the clinic’s rounded corner window.
